How to get lost SBI Credit reissued?

After the successful submission of a request through any of the above channels, a block confirmation would be received via SMS and mail on the registered mobile number and email id.

In case a block confirmation is not received, the cardholder can call the SBI Card helpline at 39 02 02 02 (prefix local STD Code) or 1860 180 1290.

Once a credit card is blocked, the same card plastic cannot be re-activated. When a card is reissued, a replacement card with a different number is sent to the registered mailing address. However, please note that blocking the card does not lead to the closure of the credit card account.
